1. Website requests and confirmation

This website helps customers browse products and send order or service requests. Submitting a request is not, by itself, an accepted or confirmed order, a confirmed appointment, or a guarantee that an item is in stock. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, final price, service timing, pickup/delivery arrangements and any applicable charges.

2. Prices, stock and descriptions

Prices, offers, product specifications, images and stock status may change. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate, but you should confirm the current price, exact model, compatibility, condition, included accessories and availability before purchase. Some repair prices are indicative and may be quoted after inspection. No inspection-based amount is final until it is communicated and accepted by you.

3. Repair and installation services

Service scope, estimate, timing and warranty depend on the fault, parts availability and the written or otherwise clearly communicated service terms. Please back up important files before handing over a computer, storage device, printer or other equipment. Repair work can involve technical risks, and we cannot promise recovery of every file from a damaged device. Any service or replacement-part warranty will be the specific warranty stated for that job or part; manufacturer warranties are governed by the relevant manufacturer's conditions.

4. Customer responsibilities

Please provide accurate contact details, describe the fault honestly, and make sure you have permission to request work on the device or account concerned. Do not send passwords, one-time passwords (OTPs), card PINs or other highly sensitive authentication credentials by website form or WhatsApp. Follow the manufacturer's safety instructions for electrical equipment and CCTV systems.

5. Payments, cancellations and consumer rights

This website does not itself collect card or UPI payment details. Pay only through a method and to a recipient explicitly confirmed by Super System. Any advance, cancellation, return, refund, delivery or warranty terms will be disclosed for the particular transaction or job. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, where applicable.

Unless stated otherwise, original website text, layout and service illustrations are prepared for this website and may not be copied for commercial reuse without permission. We collect and use only the information reasonably needed to respond to requests, organise product enquiries or service bookings, operate the store website and meet applicable obligations.

• Requested items, quantities, service type, fulfilment preference, notes and the estimate shown for your request.
• Information you send directly in a call or WhatsApp conversation.

How information is used

We use these details to contact you, confirm a request, coordinate pickup/delivery or service, answer support questions, protect the website from misuse and maintain business records when necessary. We do not sell customer contact details as a mailing list. We may disclose information where necessary to provide the requested service, to platform providers that host or operate the site, to comply with law, or to protect legal rights.

Service providers and browser storage

Website data is processed using the Supabase backend/database and the Vercel hosting/deployment platform. If you choose to open WhatsApp or another external link, that provider's own privacy policy applies to information shared there. The storefront uses browser local storage to remember your cart; clearing browser storage may remove that saved cart. We do not ask you to submit payment-card or UPI PIN information through this website.

Retention and your choices

We aim to keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, customer support, legitimate business records, security and applicable legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify it when appropriate. You may ask us to correct your contact details, enquire about information associated with your request, or request deletion where applicable.
